"I am so upset we paid them 115 pound to clean . The cleaner said they cleaned for 6 hours. It is a tiny 2 bedroom previously 1 bedroom flat. It was not cleaned atall. The cleaner was caught sat on one of our garden chairs but we assumed she had finished. She also bought a man in the house and was sat talking to him. So we told the company we wanted a refund as the cleaner had not even cleaned atall. The check out company had put on the report it was dirty and sent photos. They said they didn't realise it was an end of tenancy clean even though on the emails it was clearly stated. They then offered to give me 30 pound back. When we had paid someone for 6 hours of cleaning. Very unprofessional and un trustworthy cleaners . Never use them !"
