"Overall clean was good, however there was an issue where the rug was damaged by the cleaners. The company agreed to reimburses some of the cost to replace the rug but when it came down to it they started ignoring multiple emails and after calling them they blocked my number. I paid via credit card so was able to dispute the charge and got my money back. Would NOT recommend as this turned into a nightmare and they owner has no regard for professionalism and has not heard the word customer service. If you do however need some extra drama in your life go for it - just pay with a credit card so you can get your money back at the end of it all!"
"I booked an end of tenancy cleaning for the next day. They didn't show up saying my transaction was "pending". This inconvenienced me and my landlady as I had promised I'd complete the cleaning on that day. On top of that, I was charged without receiving the service. I asked for a refund twice and never got one. At this point I'm not sure that's a legit company."
"Didn't get my deposit back. Not cleaned to end of tenancy standard. I sent them the exit itinerary detailing the areas that they missed but they declined to go back therefore the property was not marked as professionally cleaned and I will have to pay again, even though this was within 3 working days. I ordered for the curtains to be cleaned but unfortunately they didn't perform this. Friendly staff though, they sent 4 people around which was impressive and the flat wasn't in the best state, just unfortunate that it wasn't as thorough as the assessor would've liked and I didn't get the curtains cleaned which I paid for. Also they send me texts in another language which I had to translate and it advised that they were going to be late so I'm glad that I translated it."
"Good service - on time, good value, friendly staff and the clean was sufficient to get my deposit back, despite being unable to get a guaranteed end of tenancy clean due to leaving a shared house mid tenancy. Overall would definitely recommend."
"I booked an end of tenancy clean via Octopus in August 2017 and ended up with PNP cleaning. It wasn't my choice of firm as they already have many bad reviews online. PNP sent 1 man for 2 hours to deep-clean a 1 bed flat. I think the photos speak for themselves... he didn't vacuum at all , he didn't clean cupboards or inside the sofa or behind furniture. He didn't defrost the fridge, and so on... PNP saw my photos and apologised and initially promised a refund via cheque in the post. Despite repeated chasing by me and Octopus for the last 2 months the cheque has never materialised and I have received no discount or refund. I requested them to use paypal weeks ago and I've still been sent around the houses. Their final text to me really sums up their customer service. I don't think they ever intended to refund any of the money and I almost lost a huge amount of my deposit because of them. The lesson I learned is to find a cleaning firm with good reviews and book with them directly next time..."
