"Used this company previously and had a positive experience when they sent two thorough cleaners for an end of tenancy clean. Made sense to use them again when moving recently but this time they sent only one cleaner and that cleaner had a horrible attitude (getting upset that we were moving items when she arrived, locking the apartment door to prevent us coming back in) .
