Reviews
"It's undoubtedly an interesting landmark, too bad parts of it are filled with concrete which ruins the medieval look. The view is nice, although partly obscured by a dense thicket."
"Stunning view of Bath, a lovely hike up. It's a gorgeous looking castle wall on the top of the hill overlooking the city, and even though it's only the front part of the castle it is still very pretty and impressive! Be prepared for mud and sore muscles though! Free to see, free to walk around the country, nobody there. Really just a nice place for people to walk their dogs! Definitely worth the trek if you are into castles and views."
"The castle is about 100 years old, was built and gifted. If you want to visit the place during holidays, when the golf club gates are closed, park your car on the road and there is a pathway taking you from the university to the castle along the golf field"
"An absolute must on the walking path from Bath University down to the center of Bath! This ancient stone building is a sort of symbolic passage between the meadows of Bathwick and the skyline of the town"
