"Went to JD wetherspoons newtownards today ( 13/1/23 ) with my brother & two sisters. We had lunch & boy was it good. The boys had half chicken with chips & the girls had fish & chips. The food was plentiful, excellent quality & served on a hot plate. We also finished with 2 cups of cappuccino each. Staff were friendly and helpful & the bill for all 4 of us was under £40. "Went to wetherspoons for lunch in Newtownards and it was not good looking at the poster to what was on the plate night & day. Was told 4 big slices of Turkey wafer thin and what was that gravy was it bits of apple in it. Ended up on loo so bad."

"This place is good value for money although the prices have gone up a bit. Food is out super fast. No need to wait longer than ten minutes!! Very friendly and lovely staff. They have an outside area for smokers and non smokers. They have outside tables and at the very rear outside there's a covered area if it's raining. The best value for coffee and its a really good coffee machine. Pay £1.20 for a cup and fill your boots with it all day. Free top ups. AMAZING VALUE!"
