"DO NOT BOOK THIS SERVICE/COMPANY !!! Paid just under £3000 for nothing. The cleaners were unbelievably lazy, and largely nowhere to be seen. We had to manage cleaning up ourselves and sending our runners to do a lot of the work, which was not good as the entire point of hiring this company was to ensure this was handled separately from our team, who were already working extremely hard on other tasks. To make matters worse, your team left without informing our event producers in order to update them or to check if the job was complete. There was endless rubbish left outside the exit which they would have seen as they left. As well as all the key areas in the venue !!! Our team had to stay late in order to clean up (on top of dealing with other matters and also doing a derig of the entire event at the end) even though we paid for waste management services from you. Please see the state of how they left our event."
