"Ben was able to fit me in immediately to steam clean my carpets due to allergies in my rental property (I think that the previous tenant had a pet). He did an amazing job as the carpet completely changed colour due to how much dirt was removed, and he went the extra mile to make sure that he did a thorough job. He managed to fit me in very short notice, he cleaned the carpet in my whole house (it looks incredible now) he went to extra mile to even help me by cleaning the kitchen floor (which has never looked so good) he was very kind and friendly and a lovely person to have in the house.
