Reviews of Coleman Apartment
"Nice friendly staffs very helpful . Went out of the way to accommodate me . The room is very nice and got all the necessary amenities. Will def book again if in town for business"
"Looking good! Unfortunately the room was a bit cold, maybe the heater is not strong enough, also didn't have a smart TV in the room so I had to use my laptop to watch Netflix haha. The rest was perfect"
"The property itself was clean, but cold, no heating on for the cold weather of the time. Explanations for access were clear, but the smart lock did not work when trying to re-enter the property, after going outside to get forgotten stuff from the car. This was around 10pm, and no one answered any calls I made. I have tried to call all night, without success, and the next day, all of my complain call were simply ignored, despite messages left. They even cancelled my booking.com reservation, to avoid direct complain from the website platform. No refund was processed to this date. Had to contact Booking.com directly over the phone to explain, and it is being investigated. Avoid staying there, not professional, not serious at all."
"Came here with my wife after booking a room on the understanding we had a garden as id undergone treatment, and have no immune system, We wanted a treat and to sit in the sun, after what had been an awful time for us and our family, and it was our anniversary, so wanted to get away from kids upon promising we had a garden and we arrived to see it was a normal house on a street which had obvs been converted and not in a decent area most of the garden had like a building in it which was obviously other apartments and they shared the garden, and the next door neighbours kids were looking through hedge and lots of shouting and we heard someone swear, I could also almost put my arm out and touch there window/door of the other apartments built in the garden, My wife called and said i did ask about the garden etc and id need to cancel upon agreeing and i heard the whole conversation, and telling us it wouldnt be a problem he has since claimed the room money told booking.com we were a no show and now ignores all calls from my wife, to ask why he would do this as it is a matter of principle, Just feel if he wanted to keep the £45 that bad as it wasnt a huge amount (to us it maybe was as we arent working for the first time in 20 years due to circumstances) he could of said no and we would of stayed anyway to at least get our money back and not be out of pocket, so to do this is really really low and not the actions of a property manager."
"The area is well dodgy and I suggest in one of the worse areas of wolverhampton if you go out after dark or in fact in this weather you will see an awful lot of drunks what look like drug users and people asking for money i didn't feel safe and would not reccomend this place I'd rather pay an extra fiver and get a better hotel, the studio or apartment as they call it is a house with the rooms done up yes the furnishings are nice but don't make up for all the other negatives..its a No from me and I notice theres a few of these connected word of advice check the area before you even consider booking as you cant put a price on your safety"
