"Booked them to clean a skylight and they got water all over the nearby wall, which left smears on the paint. Spoke to 3 different staff members to get a partial refund to pay for repainting the wall, they were not very helpful. Got a call 3 weeks later from the Owner / MD (who was very polite) and elected to process the refund on the same day. While there was an issue to deal with, the windows did get cleaned well, and they addressed the complaint."
