"Is it normal to be phone called to make an appointment to discuss your mri results, only to find the doctor you have an appointment with say "so what can I help you with". So I have to say "to discuss my MRI results! I understand if I was a walk in, or an appointment, but the fact I'm telling this GP why I'm there only for her to then look at my scan and tell me I have arthritis is an absolute joke!!"

"Wouldn't even give 1 star to be honest. By far the worst doctors ever! Reached out the mental health support kept being told to call back at 8. I was in a bad state so kept trying daily to keep being told the same again. Evenentually got an appointment. The doctor phone at 6.45 PM!!!! Left a message saying sorry couldn't call earlier but I will phone you tomorrow. She didn't phone. Its been 5days and heard nothing still. So contacted doctors again explained all this and got tole. Call at 8am. Reception woman did not even care I said I need medication I need help and need fit note for work and completely went silent on phone. Asked for complaint procedure in which she gave half a email address and went completely silent on me whilst typing in background I said can I have the rest of email! Absolutely disgusted. We reach out for help and get nothing.single mom of 3 young children can't be sat in hospital with 3 young children with mental health problem for hours and hours. This just is not fair. Zero compassion! Clearly heart is not in the right job."

"Cannot fault this practice .yesterday I phoned for an appointment got telephone appointment. Face to face appointment later in the day . Receptionist was helpful .. hadn't seen this particular young lady before. Speak as you find"

"Appalling ring every day at 8 clock in morning when get threw they say no appointments try again tomorrow then all week same ended up going hospital at least i get seen then .can understand why hospitals are so busy because u can never get a appointment. They say every one ring 8 in morning so as soon as 8 clock comes every one ringing same time and I'm always about number 40 in queue and no chance getting a appointment same every day waste time ringing anymore best go hospital least u get seen."

"I have been with this surgery since I was a kid I’m now 43. I’ve never had a problem with the staff any staff, they try their best even when dealing with the most difficult of people which I’ve witnessed. My daughter is also with this surgery and is 15 and the staff are very understanding and great with her. When a surgery opened close to where we live the rest of the family moved to it and have regretted it ever since."
