"Done to a good standard, at short notice, and done impressively quick. A previous company refused to clean it saying it was abnormal when it was just dust etc in surfaces. But my home was easy to book and as described. Thanks. I was especially impressed by how clean the oven was and how they got rid of the lime scale I’ve been trying to get rid of for years. God knows how she removed the hard water marks from the shower screen. Good job."

"Myhome cleaners used their own mop and hoover even though I specified I only wanted them to use my hoover and mop to prevent cross-contamination of use in other homes. Never had the same cleaners weekly wasted time showing the new ones where everything was and what to do, except for when I cancelled my contract with them they started sending the same cleaners to my property after months of complaining using the excuse of "covid". The standard of clean is basic.........."

"Since the my orignal review below, the company did contact me again and offered to come back and do the floors free of charge. They came back and they did a good job, which I was pleased about. We also had a conversation around why they floors weren't done, to do withe the top down cleaning system. ie floors done last and they ran out of time. The owner was trying to make good of the situation so I do commend them on this. I would not recommend this company at all. Completely overpriced and I ended up with a house that had no floors cleaned and they wanted £150!!! I had been upfront with my house stating it had not been cleaned for a while. They were also able to do an assessment when they arrived and we agreed to pay a low priority to the bedrooms. I came home and had an item broken which they failed to tell me about and a floor that had food on it. It had not been touched at all. If you see visible food, etc on the floor, that takes priority over a shiny faucet, which was what seemed to the priority. It was a joke. No one wants to come home to dirty floors!!!!! I was a very stressed mum trying to finish a full time Masters and just needed help. I didn't get a good job done of the things I expected. They also missed the tops of some cupboards etc, so it doesn't seem their system works too well. I do not believe the two girls there worked on separate jobs. Think they did the same jobs together. Two girls for six hours and they couldn't mop the floors!!!!!! AVOID!!!!"

"MyHome cleaners were very professional, did an excellent and thorough clean, including pulling out sofas (and finding a cushion I had lost!) and wiping down woodwork, and finished on time. They were quiet (I work from home), efficient and helpful, asking me to check before they left if I was happy with the job. I couldn't recommend them highly enough and will definitely be booking them again."

"I'm really impressed with both service and cleaning standard. Lovely ladies, very prompt, reliable and friendly. They bring all their own cleaning products and kit and just get on with the job. More expensive than engaging a cleaner independently but I like the flexibility to cancel or change times without feeling like you are letting someone down. We've also used their handyman twice who has helped with small tasks you struggle to get a regular builder to do - put up IKEA, fit shelves, etc. Would highly recommend."
