"I visited first thing in the morning and was seen very quickly. Although I do understand that if you go later on in the day you can expect to wait a while. The nurse Alison was lovely, she is a credit to her profession. She was able to book me into the hospital as she couldn’t treat my problem properly (infected cyst on back) Went straight to the hospital and it was removed with no problems at all. It’s a very good service to have as I couldn’t wait any longer for my doctors appointment which was a 3 week wait!!! Thanks again Alison!"

"Visited the centre recently last Friday. I had checked (using the online graph) how busy it was before leaving. I was seen after waitng for just 1 hour which I considered to be completely acceptable. All staff were polite and helpful. I too was respectful and appreciated that this centre is clearly experiencing overspill from many local doctors surgeries which are unfortunately struggling to give their patients an appointment."

"Took my daughter here yesterday with a severe ear infection and high temperature as our gp had no appointments and previously not prescribing strong enough antibiotics that caused her infection to return. It was a 4 hour wait which is to be expected seen as gp surgeries have little or no appointments at the moment. Reception staff were professional and polite dealing with a high volume of patients (more than I can say for my gp receptionist) My daughter was seen within 2 hours for assessment and 2 hours later by a very nice nurse who gave her a thorough check up, put her at ease and prescribed her with a higher dose of antibiotics. All staff here do a great job considering the amount of pressure they are under by gp surgeries not seeing patients."

"Tried all ways to get an appointment with my own GP without success and was hesitant at the idea of waiting a few hours to see a Dr. But this service was excellent. The receptionist was absolutely wonderful, polite, courteous and humorous. Triage was within 10 minutes and I had been treated and sent on my way within an hour. Absolutely first class service and I hope we don't lose it. We'll done to all the staff"

"I arrived for opening this morning at 8am, reception staff prompt and polite. I was called in within the half hour by a lovely nurse called Allison who was informative, listened to everything I needed to say and gave in depth advice. I was in and out quickly but was not rushed by any means during my appointment. Thank you all for a smooth service, so grateful you are here when the Dr's couldn't get me seen."
