"I've booked for end of Tenancy cleaning for a one bed house. Overall from booking and communication was very smooth with a fair price. We have already moved out of the property so didn't get to see the result, but our landlady visited after the cleaning and happy with it. She pointed out the cleaners forgot to turn lights off which is not ideal as if she didn't visit on the day the lights would've been left on for days. I've raised this to Mira as a friendly reminder but she replied saying because the condition of the property is not good so the lights were forgotten, which was a little confusing. Overall I'm happy and will recommend their service."
