"We used the company for communal areas cleaning for 2 years- all was good for the first few months before the company starting missing appointments and reducing the effort of clean to the point where no mopping was completed, just a light hoover for a 2 hours full clean job. Complaint was met with a rude and emotional response from Gary Rolfe - no solution offered and moving away following numerous complaints about the above from tenants. I can add pictures taken directly after the 'clean' if required."

"A lot of money for what is essentially just a mopping and dusting. For what was meant to be a "deep" clean, it resembled more a Sunday cleaning session. Even after I paid an extra £50 simply to clean up the internal cupboards and vanity units, one of the vanity units was still filled with dust, there were spills on the furniture (that could have been easily wiped off) and the window sills weren't properly cleaned. It also seems like cleaning windows (both inside and outside) was something that the team didn't like doing. I understand that the external windows weren't part of the service (although I would imagine there wouldn't be a "deep" cleaning without clean windows), but even the insides were still dirty afterwards. The team was quick, but I would have rather had thoroughness."
