"I used Elmbridge Ovens & Carpets, to have my oven cleaned, communication was easy, and quick, I had a quote in minutes, which was great value for money. Phil arrived on time, and worked hard to get the oven to, what now looks as good as new! Considering the state of it beforehand, I didn’t think it could be done. Phil was polite, wore shoe coverings, kept COVID secure, and cleaned up after himself. Excellent service, highly recommend, and will definitely use again. Thank you."
"This company really let us down a few weeks ago (screenshots attached to prove this isn't a fake review). We were booked in for an oven clean on 11th February at 9am. On the morning of this day, I checked my email by chance and found I had been emailed at 8am to say they couldn't make the 9am appointment, could they come at 1pm instead. Firstly I think they should have tried to call or text me to relay this, not email as it's not the most immediate way to contact a customer. I also thought this was a bit late notice, and was a bit annoying seeing as there was no reason or explanation given. But I thought no harm done, 1pm is fine. However they didn't turn up at 1pm and they didn't contact me in any way since. I didn't bother trying to get back in touch with them because by this stage I had already felt not valued as a customer. Had to arrange oven clean with another company instead. ----- Just to reply to the owner comment below: 1) You didn't call me on the morning, you only emailed me. 2) I replied to your email asking if you could come at 1pm saying 'Yes should be fine' - you can see that in the screenshot I uploaded if you click on my profile and click photos. 3) You're right, I didn't get back in touch later to complain because as I said earlier in the review, you clearly didn't value my custom the first time around and I wouldn't have trusted you to remedy the situation based on my first experience."
