"Had a lovely cup of tea and sandwiches very comfortable. Friendly staff"
"Very friendly staff, lovely coffee and scones in a relaxed atmosphere. Favourite place to go!"
"Only stopped in for hot drinks/snacks after going around the Folk museum, thought it was a bit expensive for what we got but I suppose that's expected these days no matter where you go."
"Woeful experience. Can be immediately solved by the following. 1) putting someone in charge who understands the core of hospitality. 2) ensuring the cashier focuses on taking money not serving or warming food up. 3) if the food on offer is not 100% self service then demarcate ASAP. Simply find a process and stick to it. The number of compliants I heard from various walks of life and nationalities would shame the museum. It’s not rocket science and if you truely are there for your visitors (which you should) then have a word with yourselves and improve. Be the best you can, else go home.."
