"Good kitchens there"
"An ABSOLUTE DISGRACE! stay away at all cost. I so regret buying a kitchen from here. Firstly I was lied to by the sales staff known as Connor Whitehouse. But of course he gets commissions so why not lie to your customers about certain things. Secondly I returned the range master cooker which I was lied about saying that the hot plate in one corner can come off and it can be stove however when it came through it can't be taken off so it was lied just to get a sale. Also so many items were the wrong items i have had to go the shop about 4 times because they delivered the wrong cabinets etc. 2 months on after returning the cooker still havnt had my money back. Each time I phone they say it's getting sorted. Today I phoned customer service their head office and the lady said she will get this looked into and phone me back asap still no call as of yet and I won't be surprised if she don't phone back and if I have to chase her. It seems like a bunch of clowns working there. If I could I would give 0 stars. DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE. GO TO IKEA INSTEAD I WISH I DID. :("
