"They are okay at kitchen installation but didn't quite finish the job despite much chasing. However they are terrible at bathroom installation. They did three for us and they were all substandard. One of our showers started leaking from the very beginning and they could never put it right. They damaged floor boards. We have had to replaster and repaint ceilings. We have had to rip out an ensuite bathroom and start again. They were often evasive and didn't return calls. Timekeeping was poor."
