"Went into store very reluctantly, as we was in the process of a dispute about a order with another DFS store. We were approached by Matt, unknowingly to us was one of the senior managers, we did share our concerns & he sorted the problem right there and then for us!! Which saved us from having a lot more stress & headache! So thank you Matt for this!
