"Purchased a wardrobe through their website, which was discounted and cheaper than their eBay store. I received a message from their customer service team advising that they are unable to deliver the item as it is "too large" for couriers to ship. Also due to their long distance delivery driver no longer working for the company. The order was promptly cancelled from their end and refunded. I have an ecommerce background and deal with multichannel fulfilment centres myself. We sell large items, in excess of 30kg and know there are couriers that will deliver such items, but at a higher cost. Instead of ensuring the customer is happy and arranging for a courier to deliver, they have left me high and dry, without the expected item."
