He listened to my requirements and having thoroughly measured my feet, provided me with several options to try. He even went online to see if he could find a different type to order in for me to try. "Visited Cotswold Outdoor shop in Plymouth city centre this morning to buy some new walking boots and trousers. Great shop, lots of good quality items with very friendly and knowledgeable staff, apologies to the guy who helped me for not noticing your name. He listened to my requirements, he was then very thorough, informative and patient while I tried several pairs of boots on a couple of times to make sure I got the right fit for me. It didn’t feel like a shopping trip, it was so relaxed which made a nice change as sales personnel can be quite pushy and uninterested at times, but not here, he was very good.
