"I ordered an oven and hob for store pick-up. The woman was so quick and helpful that she then asked if I needed help to the car. She got a young man to help me out, he took the massive box to the car, it was too big then boot wouldn't close. He was due to go home in a few minutes and would be off shift. I felt bad. He stayed and tied the boot down finished the job. I didn't get names but both employees were amazing."
