"Absolutely great service. Our oven broke down on Christmas Eve. I called Derrick at 9am, he was able to send me details of a model that fitted at a good price and drove 20 miles to fit it. After accidentally leaving out baking trays in our old oven, he even drove back another 20 miles to deliver these. Try getting that service from the big boys! Thanks so much for you help!"
