"Visited the warehouse for Vault Vintage’s first kilo sale event, I found the event well organised with an excellent range of stock. The two owners Alex and Lawrence were extremely welcoming and friendly, they are clearly proud of the business they have built and I certainly hope they have more weigh and pay events in the future! Dogs are also very welcome at the warehouse with water and lots of fuss provided!"

"We ordered two month ago. We paid per American Express nearly 200 pounds for the first delivery. We didn't received anything yet. The money is gone. Before we placed the ordere we were in contact via instagram. After the order was placed (and paid...) we didn't hear anything from vault vintage. We tried it on instagram on webmail and to call them. We even found the ceo on linkedin and tried to contact him. And again no response. It is clear that this is a scam. We prefer you not to order there. Your money will be gone. We hope to get the money back asap..."

"Have read mixed reviews on this company and unfortunately my experience falls in line with the negative ones. Placed an order a few weeks ago, with the shipping policy stating 5 days to dispatch. I've not heard anything since. Have emailed the address provided and received no response. However, I have received several emails promoting different offers that the company are running. I can only assume that all the companies efforts are being put into promoting their goods but there is no intent of them actually dispatching the items."

"unfortunately the same as above ordered 2 sacks on 26th January not received, eventually after numerous emails call texts had some response, promised it would be delivered that week. never came, eventually got another apology and promised delivery again. so after nearly 3 months 1st sack arrived one sack missing (not Vault vintage fault) courier balls up.Was told by the courier need to speak to the supplier as they have the information. again numerous emails texts calls and still no response, i am £120 down at the moment and 3 months waiting for a simple order is just not good enough, i will say the 1st sack was of good quality and was hoping to build a decent relationship with these people but so very disappointed in the customer service it is really none existent. looks like i will have to approach my bank to get this money back should i not receive a reply in the next day or so, this could be a really good business with some effort put in to the customer service."

"I just wanted to share my thoughts....despite some concerning reviews, I kept open minded as everyone is entitled to an honest opinion on their experiences. I ordered over £500 stock via a video call. The call was swift, smooth and well organised. They have fantastic stock to suit most sellers. I'm a shop owner and my stock sells incredible well via online and in store. Yes delivery was a little longer than I really wanted as I had to wait for 7 to 10 days but I knew this from the get go. Vault make all the small print obvious as I see it all the time social media etc. I also purchase from their website as again there is clear and accurate descriptions on products. Running a business will always bring a risk but if you don't try you don't get. I like them and their stock!!"
