"The staff here should learn how to behave to the customers in a courteous way. I felt that the way they communicate is a bit towards the rude part of the spectrum. They speak in a way that they order the customers to do things that requesting them. Very much reluctant to use the words “please”, and “thanks”, which are part of basic courtesy while conversing. And some notices within the shop were hilarious!!. Hoodies are not allowed and customer cant carry their own shopping bags. I felt like they are assuming all customers as burglars, which is unacceptable. Will try to avoid this shop next time. I am not gonna spend my money to face rude people and conversations."
"Great store Very spacious. Everything you need. Excellent prices. HOWEVER there was an incident of an elderly woman who fell by the doors on her way out. She hurt her knee pretty bad and was in tears. What annoyed me was the fact the stagf didn't bother attending to her until 3 tp 4 mins later yet the tills were RIGHT THERE. My mum had to go over and speak to them to ask where first aid was. They just surrounded her asking "has she fallen"? No she's bloody flying in the air. She then went to get a high chair and I asked her if she had a lower one. How is she suppsoe to stand up and sit on that. They not organised in these kinds of situations."
