""Hi you are in a dispute investigation that takes up to 6 weeks. You were told this at the beginning of this investigation. You were also told that you would’ve gotten a refund through Amen because you left the dispute open, they could not refund you have created this problem you will have to wait until investigation is over. I have been contacted by Amen shoes who have informed me that the above response is from the payment company and not them. I have been refunded now and I thank their customer service (Travis) for this. There was never an issue with the product just their customer service."

"I purchased a pair of shoes from amen in December. When they arrived they looked great and felt like good quality shoes. Unfortunately it's only been one month and a hole has worn into the bottom of one of the shoes. I have emailed them to see if they would like to try to rectify the issue, but hey have not responded. Therefore although the shoes look brilliant I am forced to say the quality is poor and the customer service is non existent. Very disappointing."

"Bought two pairs of shoes from Amen Shoes about 4 months ago. First pair arrived, second pair never did. Emailed to find out what had happened. Owner/admin replied to my email, asking someone to look into it. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and say they blind copied the necessary person into their reply. 4 months later and multiple follow up emails asking for a refund or replacement have been ignored."
