"Love shopping at matalan but what I don't like is being asked to go to the self service for checking out , I go along with a few customers that was in the the queue. I had many items today and had a 15% off voucher, the staff had trouble with it at the till so what chance would I of had. If it came to it that I had to use it then I would of left the shop buying nothing and shopped elsewhere."

"The cashier LIED to me stating that I had to have a membership card to buy from the store. then finally after pressing the issue retracted her lie and said she was just trying to get people to become members. Absolutely disgusting tactic. trying to shove a membership card down my throat. IF i wanted a membership i would ask for one. She had a disgraceful attitude."
