"Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had, I asked the guy working there to advice me which one is better, to buy insoles or shoes and he said the insoles would be great for my flatfoot, he scanned my foot and then I placed my foot on the insoles to take the shape. the lady on the cashier told me it is a lifetime guarantee , but only after 24 hours the insoles became flat and the pain got worse then before."
"Fabulous staff. Bought sandals on Saturday as having heel pain. The staff couldn't have been better, I had my feet looked at and the problem explained and ended up leaving with really nice pair. The staff were so friendly and professional and I'm going back soon to get inserts and have been online looking for another pair. Excellent store."
