The builders arrived promptly first thing monday morning, as per my instruction with no materials to work with. I rang up darlaston to see if they could do anything at all to assist and was told that if so we would receive a call back. Within half an hour we did receive a call back from a lady called Abbie. She had found us a cancelled delivery spot and arranged for the materials my husband forgot to order to be delivered. We received our delivery within the hour and our builders got to work. The fantastic customer service from Abbie meant we only had to pay the builders for 2 hours whilst they twiddled their thumbs."
