"Very good covid measures in place with hand sanitizer outside the store and an attendant on the door. Staff were very friendly and helpful but.... Felt like I was being sold a used car - every niggle my child had with the (only) pair of shoes she tried on, (only because that was the only choice she had) the assistant had an answer for. Felt a bit like the hard sell. They've also got an offer on for NHS staff as a thank you for our hard work- 20% off BUT you can't use it on children's shoes because there's no VAT on kids shoes. Urgh!"

I went to collect an online order, which didn't fit. 7 pairs of trying different sizes and styles later, she was still smiling.
