"Fittings are professional, by accredited personnel. Service is excellent. Covid-19 precautions are sensible and not overbearing (you currently need to pre-book kids fittings). Shoes are high quality from good brands, including some less common ones like geox and ricosta. Prices are fair; not cheap and not exorbitant. Loses one star because small stockroom often means choices are limited, and two visits may be necessary, though I believe a local delivery and doorstep fitting service is also on offer currently."

"Bought a replacement pair of the same shoes for my two year old from this company in the next size up, as his feet had outgrown them in 5 months and we'd been very pleased with them. However, the new pair were already in a worse state after 2 weeks wear than the previous pair had been after 5 months. Appalled at being told this was a problem with how my child was using them and that it was clearly a problem with him and not the quality of the item. No offer was made to refund or replace the item."
