"This is usually my favourite place to get my brows threaded. The lady that does my brows is really lovely and my brows look amazing. Today she wasn't there so another lady did them. Not only was she too heavy handed, she tore my skin and she blamed me for not stretching them properly! I've been having my brows threaded for over 10 years and not once have I ever been told that. She tore my skin and then chose to blame me! In future I will call and make sure the lovely lady I usually see is in. She's very gentle and takes her time."
