"Unfriendly, unwelcoming - felt really cold when I went into the shop. A family run business that need to become updated and a lot more customer friendly. They barely communicate with you until it is necessary or informing you of the price. When you walk in you feel as through you are not welcome into their space and you can tell from the lack of smiles and body language - The service is the same as the treatments very poor !!.
