"They have great products and I bought a couple of items from them. However, I find their return policy quite harsh which is making me think twice/three times before I order again. It is difficult to find/choose the right fit. For example, I had to order same gloves multiple times which turned out to be a very expensive purchase. I don't think I will shop online from them again but really want to visit their actual space in Nottingham."
