"Hi I've been at Walsall Halford Autocenter for tyres change, and alignment I've paid £ 495 and they have broken down the tire pressure sensor. I should to come back in another day to change the sensor, but when I come back they couldn't setup the pressure warnings on dashboard, they suggested to sort out the issue with the Lexus dealer, this will cost me another £250. And the alignment hasn't been done right, the car steers to the left. They didn't know what they doing in their, Unprofessional people. Costumer service was very poor and very arrogant. Unbelievable and very disappointed."

"Bad experience. My appointment was cancelled without any notice or intimation. As I was 20 mins late, for oil change at 11.30am. But my MOT appointment at 2pm was also cancelled, which is shocking. I, without argument, rescheduled the appointment to Tues. The manager behaves very indifferently to customer service, which seems zero priority will not do anything for customer delight. HALFORDS told I can avail my 10 pounds voucher, which was denied, saying per transaction max two offer. Then I told him to separate my windscreen wiper bill, which was denied, too, stating the job has been already done and billed, and this is voucher clubbing, etc. This is my right to avail the benefits, but they use any means to deny and pull more money out of customer. Another shocker was that after charging for everything, when I went to my car the wiper blade was not changed, so if I would have driven away I would have been told that it was done and its my fault. This is the level of quality of work and customer service. It's absolutely shocker and money ripping company."

"***DO NOT USE*** I was going to take the time to write a full review however this establishment does not warrant my time for that. Please please please DO NOT use this place for any issues with you car- they purposely created faults to my Moms car to ensure it fails the MOT. They have since admitted to this. Mark Holmes, who I spoken to on the phone- please be assured trading standards and your head office will be made aware of all this including our phone call in which you were shouting, swearing and your extreme sarcasm towards myself. Just some advise mate, don’t shout and swear at a customer who is already annoyed with your service. It doesn’t make matters better mate :)"
