"I normally use this garage for my vehicle services mots etc but last week I had the worst service from them. I took my mrs car in for an abs fault. Dropped the car off in the morning and advised to call me when you diagnosed the issue. No call from the garage so I decided to ring them at 1pm for an update. The receptionist advised they had not started on the car. Which I found a bit worrying as I highly doubted this would be fixed in the day now. I then get a call at 3pm to say the car was complete and to pick it up. I enquired as to what was done over the phone only to be told just a diagnosis. When asking for a quote for repair the receptionist wouldn’t provide one. She was very rude and said that they are too busy for a quote. The car was with them for nearly 7 hours and they had only done a diagnostic. Which was a complete waste of time. I made my way to the garage to raise a complaint and the owner came the receptionist started arguing with me in front of the owner. The owner then deescalated and told her to get me a quote to repair. Which took no more than 5 minutes. They charged me £45 for the diagnosis. I then took it to another garage to completed the repair for less then £100 of what they were charging. Never using them again"

"I have used this garage a number of times over the years and they have always been reliable , friendly and very helpful, with very reasonable prices. They have done all they can to help me at short notice and i cannot fault the workmanship. I would not go anywhere else."

"I have been going there now for quite a few years because I appreciate the fact that it is a small garage and you get the personal touch. My gearbox recently blew up and they took it in to repair. I think they use an outside gearbox specialist and there were some problems again after it was fixed. They took it back and gave me a courtesy car while the clutch was checked again and everything was fixed to my satisfaction. They have been really professional throughout and I will happily use them again. Highly recommended."

"Great service, great prices. You have to wait for an appointment can rarely get in quickly but that's due to how good they are. The ladies in reception are very knowledgeable and friendly and the guys in the garage will take the time to explain the problem. Best garage around"
