"I went in to return an item and got terrible customer service. I tried to return in on Christmas Eve but ,my fault, didnt realise they shut at 3. A member of staff arranging the stock for the sales the next day told me to come back on Boxing Day. I come back and get told that no store anywhere does returns on Boxing Day. I didnt get any apology , no customer service and i was left feeling very stupid and embarrassed for not knowing this rule about returning items after Christmas. Ruined the morning for me. Thanks River Island"
