"Would be zero stars. Placed an order for next day delivery. This branch then tried to deliver the item on the same day as order but was at work. Called to say it was supposed to be delivered next day not the same day as the order was placed. They said they would redeliver the next day. This never happened. Called to ask what was happening and was fobbed off with poor excuses and terrible customer service. Still don't have my item and out of pocket for delivery."

"Nothing but hassle, told refund would take 14 days, spoke to a manager was told 3-5 working days, still no refund so speak to head office to be told its 7-10 working days. Nothing but attitude, the worst customer service ive ever dealt with. Will never use euro car parts again!"
