"Needed a few items for my car and rather than pay the extreme prices that the manufacturer demands I thought best to get them from a salvage yard. They had the parts I needed and we discussed then agreed a price over the phone. When I went to collect the parts, the price had changed slightly from what I had previously agreed over the phone. After a short wait to find the exact person I spoke to, the original price was honoured."
