Although I could have purchased the part cheaper elsewhere, Euro Car Parts were able to provide the item quicker. I paid online then collected from the store at my convenience. "USELESS! And that is being polite at best. Called to order battery for same day collection, agreed to pay for a more expensive range as was in stock for same day collection, told it was saved against the registration so wouldn't be a problem. Only to arrive 15mins later to be told its out of stock as someone's ordered online. Talk about left hand not talking to the right!!! To top it off the guy behind the counter was as helpful as a wet lettuce and just kept saying I can get one tomorrow with a smirk! After years of coming to euro carparts, it's now time to move on after this experience. I'd happily pay more if it meant I got the service I'm told I will get."

"Don’t recommend long ques, long wait, wrong items given, unprofessional staff. Went in for parts for both mine and my partners vehicles. Bit of a wait and a big que. All was going well at first, asked for our reg, make/model of cars then there was a longer wait whilst they checked they had the items we wanted were in stock. Then we confirmed we were happy with the prices there was an even longer wait for them to actually present us with the items we had paid for. We got home to fit the parts to find out they had given us the wrong parts and it wasn’t even just the one part that was wrong. There was not a single item that was the correct part for our vehicles. We received a full refund but the staff who served us had put the transaction down as cash instead of card. After telling a few friends about our experience they all said they’ve had the same issue with being given wrong parts. Don’t recommend this place in the slightest."
