"We have been a customer for many years and tonight they failed in all aspects of customer care. they turned up with items missing from a meals said they would redeliver the missing items so by the time they get to us our sweet and sour chicken had gone cold and they refused to replace the whole meal. The rice wasn't even delivered with in the ten minutes they said it would be. Cold dinners all round tonight."
