"A bit of a mixed review. Very convenient location and obviously loads of parking. Was very happy they took card as I never assume! The food was tasty and I enjoyed the chips. (Though the oil needed to be changed as you could taste it on the food). Not so great bits, I had a hair in the batter of my fish which was really not great. For me I found the customer service could be better. In fairness yes it was busy and the staff worked flat out. However as a customer it is uncomfortable to hear how busy they are (sorry), how they haven't got room to cook your order and then bad mouthing other customers. All in all I walked away feeling an inconvenience and not a valued customer."
