"This used be the place to go for a chip shop tea. Seriously gone down hill of recent. Last few experiences from here have not been anything to rave on about. Decided not use this again after a very disappointing chicken and mushroom pie and chips bought on 27.01.21. Pie was dry and over cooked and the chips tasted of old oil and also overcooked. Prices have gone up and the quality has gone down. It's a pity, this was my local chippy but not anymore. In response to your reply, I didn't come in, my friend did. Check your CCTV for around 6.30pm, he is wearing a grey woollen hat and ordered large chips, chicken and mushroom pie and steak and kidney pie, cost of £8. Not a false review."
