"Not so happy garden! Burnt chips, burnt pancake rolls, burnt prawn on toast! When I rang to 'advise', after speaking to the chef, the girl inexplicably said "because you ordered it 2 hours ago and are eating it now, the food won't taste the same". I said "what??!!" I said I visited Wolverhampton and live 30mins away and am eating the food 1 hour later not 2 hours. Regardless, I am not concerned about how the food tastes after an hour or so, I am telling you that some of the food is burnt! Guess what folks? ... Yep... She wouldn't have it and repeated the same thing over and over and over again! "the food won't taste the same unless you eat it straight away". What, am I supposed to have all the family in the car and eat it straight away?! WTH! I asked her one question, "does food burn in the packets!/containers?" She said no, I said end of conversation! She then said your complaint isn't valid and we never had any complaints before - well 'happy' garden take a look at some of your negative reviews as they are the one's you need to pay attention to! Clearly, the customer is never right at this establishment... Not a patch on the previous owners Loon Chun, please come back! P. S. folks, next time you order takeaway, please check whilst your driving home, as it maybe burning in the bag!!!"
