"I recently ordered from this Chinese takeaway and was thoroughly disappointed with the experience. Not only did the driver charged me an extra £1, but the delivery woman had her kids with her, which made the entire situation uncomfortable and unprofessional. To make matters worse, when I opened my order, I found that they had given me banana fritters instead of the pineapple ones I had specifically requested. This was extremely frustrating, as I had been looking forward to them. To make matters worse, this was not the first time I had a bad experience with this Chinese takeaway. I have been going there for years and have noticed a significant decline in the quality of service and food. It seems like the staff no longer care about providing a good experience for their customers, and the mistakes and issues are becoming more frequent. I used to enjoy ordering from this Chinese takeaway, but the recent experiences have left a bad taste in my mouth. I am disappointed to see a once-great restaurant go downhill like this, and I will not be returning in the future. Save your money and your taste buds, and find another place to order from."

"i have used this place for over 20 years but the last couple of meals i had 1 first one it took nearly 2 hours to arrive and the last time the meal was very cold i have taken my custom somewhere else service is 10 times better and it arrived within 30 min and the food was hot. sorry but you have lost my custom after all these years from one of the best to one of the worst now need to improve a lot now . service and food let down"
