"The fella who owns the place is just out right ignorant simple mistake on the order wanted then to send the right order ,first he was that's OK I want the other food back I said no problem ,then it was you'll have to pay for the delivery and I said I didn't make the mistake why would I pay he says you did you ordered that over and over again ,he just didn't want to take responsibility for it and send the new food it's not the first time he's been cheeky ,foods good until they make a mistake and it will be your fault"
"I recently attempted to purchase a petite rogan josh, the customer service was atrocious. I was speaking in my utmost respect, but the rude man that answered the phone responded " tudelo, no vindeloo.β I was appalled. I originally was attempting to order here due to the recent passing of my friends well loved dog Bubbles. It has been a hard time in the house without the rogan josh."
"Ordered today, absolutely awful.....chicken was so dry u could of put a window through with it. It litterly crumbled like it had been cooked 20 times over. The garlic nan bread was so thin and burnt and tasted of nothing. Littertly a Β£4 tesco microwave meal would of been 100 times better. Don't waste ur money."
"I've been ordering here since it opened and always thought it was great . After tonight i will never ever order again , chips !! So dry they couldn't be ate rice all clumped together this was never the case before .The whole lot went in the bin it was so so bad considering the price i payed for it . A blind man would have known that food should never have been served . Please have a bit more respect for your customers before you lose any more !!!"
"Our first time eating here and I must say the food was decent. The poppadom was a nice touch. It certainly wasn't the extreme Indian style of dish flavour (that'll be too hot for us locals anyway) but otherwise better than the other few Indian takeaways in the local vicinity. They serve saag paneer too which is a rarity in North Belfast - a bit like tofu at a Chinese. It was reasonably priced and the takeaway service was excellent. The sit in would be a good experience except for the ongoing plandemic at the moment. Hopefully next time."
