"I have visited the site a few times and have friends who rave about the coffee and drinks from here. As a non coffee drinker - I am possibly not the target audience :-) So take all into account. The team are friendly, the site is busy, the interior seems many years old compared to what it is ( the seats are not lasting in my opinion!) . I have had food each time I have been in there and sadly I have not been impressed - this time was tuna wrap, fries and chicken burger and fries. The wrap was fine - but the burger was not the best at all. As mentioned I have stopped and tried the food a few times and it just does not do it for me sadly. That said the location is super popular for people stopping by for tea/coffee - sit in and drive by. Others I know love the drinks...sadly - just not for me, I do not get the hype. If the food was better - it could be a winner. The fries were spot on and some of the sweets are great, but the additional offerings sadly are not impressive. I wonder if they are trying to expand the menu just too much - as it is not hitting the spot."
"Natalie is an absolute credit to your store! As a young mum I come here once a week to treat me and my daughter; this wonderful lady took the time to interact with my child, work out all the best value for deals for us and had me leaving feeling v bubbly lol! Best experience I’ve had as a customer anywhere in quiet a while! And the food was tasty"
"Meh. Over rated coffee shop. Ive had nicer coffees in Neros. In saying that im updating my review in relation to my recent visit to Tims when i recently visited to spend time with a friend and share a coffee. I had a pleasant time , and may pay another visit in the coming months."
"Absolutely filthy place even when only 3 tables was occupied. Drinks advertised in glass mugs but all arrive in disposable paper or plastic cups. Was a treat day for the little one to get some hot chocolate and Timbits. The quality of the donuts was poor with only 3 flavours in the box. Restaurant floor was beyond filthy, grey cloth seats very badly stained. Tim Hortons you need to sort this out when your charging nearly £4.49 for hot chocolate & £4.09 for coffee....."
