"DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Ordered through ubereats and had my order confirmed by the restaurant. It never arrived. I waited more than an hour past the expected delivery time, rang the restaurant multiple times (no answer) and requested updates on the app, but heard nothing. Finally I contacted uber who also couldn’t reach the restaurant so they refunded me. Total waste of time, and the worst customer service."
"i ordered over £20 worth of food, it took over an hour to say it was on it way. it then said it had arrived when it hadnt, i had been sat by the door, no one knocked, no one rang me. I then called the takeaway to ask why it says my food has arrived and was told the driver arrived but i didnt answer, the restaurant said there was nothing they could do and proceeded to hang up on me. what an absolute disgrace. ended up ordering from food 4 u who delivered in less than 30 mins. i havent even received a refund and its fair to say im disappointed."
"A friend asked, as we walked home from the theatre, "have you ever had Spicy Spuds? They're a Plymouth only thing". Here I am now 300 miles away in Manchester wanting a portion of these amazing Spicy Spuds. They were the best, with garlic mayo smothered all over. I may get my fix again in 11 days!"
