"MOST PEOPLE COMPLAINING ON HERE ABOUT STAFF ARE FOR TRAGOS CAFE CALLED THE TOWER HOUSE AND NOT THE TINY CAFE AT THE BOTTOM. PLEASE DONT TAKE NOTICE AS PEOPLE GET CONFUSED. PINOCCHIO IS NOTHING TO DO WITH TRAGO . YOU WILL FIND THEY ARE WELL ESTABLISHED COMPAIRED TO THE TRAGO CAFE CALLED TOWER HOUSE. PLUSH PINOCCHIO DOESNT HAVE AN UPSTAIRS AND NO STAFF ARE RUDE. I EAT HERE OFTEN AND THERE HAS NEVER BEEN RUDENESS OR ANY HORRIBLE FOOD. PEOPLE ARE RUINING THIS CAFE REPUTATION!!!"
