"In a nutshell, they cancelled my order and I found out 2 hours after ordering I would not get our dinner. Ordered at 18.44 Due to arrive at 19.40 Kimono cancelled order at 19.59 I rang at 19.59 as soon as i got the notification was told my food was taken by the wrong driver. I was told my food may still arrive in the next 15 minutes. And to call back. After I called back at 20.15 as our family's food hadn't arrived I was told I would get a refund, I explained it wasn't about the money I wanted my food that I ordered at 18.44. I was told they would ring me back after speaking to a colleague. At 20.26 they still hadn't rung back so I called, was passed to another member of staff who rudely said we don't have your food your getting a refund. I explained I wanted my food, it wasn't about the money I was told they were too busy to remake my food. So at 2 hours after my order was placed I find out I won't be having a magical family sushi dinner as promised to the children. I fully recommend to avoid ordering, shame as the food was great previously despite temperature issues."

"Food delivered 40 minutes early? Great. The salmon sushi was the best sushi I've ever tried but the bubble tea was not it to be honest. Unless I've just never tried real bubble tea before, or it's just not drinkable of the amount of sweetness it has added into it"
